We have had a busy October! We went to Richfield and Koosherem at the beginning of the month. While we were there we drove to Fish Lake and saw the amazing colors of the changing leaves! They were almost florescent!!! It was beautiful. We also went to a pumpkin patch a last week with the whole Beagley family. Jaxson had a blast. We had a "Birth Mom" Baby shower for one of my friends, and we finally got to see our little girls face at an ultrasound. Everything looks good and she is healthy as can be! New Excitment

So it's been a while since we last posted..... but we have new exciting news!

We will have another girl in our family around Feb. 3rd. We found out this week that she was a girl. She apparently likes to stand on her head- as shown in the picture. We couldn't be more excited!

We could really only agree on boy names up to this point. We had some cute ones too! But now we have to start arguing girl names. It's going to be fun, but it might be hard to find some girl names that we both like! My little 3 year old sister Maci has said up to this point that we should name the baby "Drez". So as a joke my family has been calling the baby "Drez" whenever they see us. Now that it is a girl, she is so excited and has changed her choice of names for this little girl to either be "Sally the Camel" or "Daphne Blake". Both are obviously not going to happen, but it's funny to hear her ideas.

We hope that everything continues to go well these next 20ish weeks and that we get a healthy sweetheart! We will keep you updated!

We went down to Richfield and got to go to the Manti Temple for the ceremony! It was so great. We then had a luncheon back in Richfield, and later went to the reception. Las Vegas/Phantom of the Opera

We had the privilege to go down to Las Vegas and see Phantom of the Opera with our friend Traysen and his family. It was such a blast! We ate at Buffalo Wild Wings twice in one day (the boys insisted), had quite the adventure finding a hotel the first night, slept in an awesome condo with a lazy river and like 5 pools and hot tubs, went to a place where they let you shoot hard core army guns (Tylers favorite part), and saw Phantom (my favorite part)! It was such a fun trip! Thanks so much to the Turner family for letting us tag along!

Number 14 is my sister Mackenzie Nielson! They played awesome! It was close, but they fought hard! She even had to get 5 stitches after last nights game! It was so fun to be a part of and to watch these girls succeed! Love ya Kenzie! Way to go!

Playing Catch-up!

I know that I am considered a poor blogger at this point! Just not doing well the last few months! So I thought I would get on and do an update! HoPefully I can slowly catch back up!
Christmas 2010 was in RichfIeld. It was fun to have baby Jaxson to celebrate it with! We all got footy pajamas! I told Brett and Donna I always wanted footy pajamas and they made my wish come true! Even Tyler loved his! We even made a trailer gingerbread house with an outhouse! - compliments of Grandma Dee!
We even got to see my family in Springville! My Grandparents were down from Canada and we had some cousins from up there that were down this way too! We had a blast!
We are so glad we got to be around all of our family for the holidays! We are so lucky!

Ok so here is what has been happening! Riley left on his mission! That has seemed to be what everyone has focused on. And school... Tyler has finals coming up too! So he has been extra busy! Mackenzie's team took the 4A state championship.

Mackenzie's basketball team did great this year! They went completely undefeated! They won the Championship (which is something that every basketball player dreams about doing and only few get to actually experience it). She did great! It was so fun to watch (even though we almost had a heart attack during each game).

We will miss Riley so much! Maci even tried to go in his suitcase! It was really amazing how we have watched him grow into a young man... well... and ELDER! It's crazy that the little boy that used to put grasshoppers down my shirt is going out to Czech to teach those people the gospel! We are really proud of him and know that he will do great! The family has already received a few letters and he loves his companion so far, and is seeing some of his friends in the MTC!

Tyler's sister Maddi is having a little boy!!! We are so excited! Our first nephew! He is going to be so spoiled. She is due in June and is moving back to Utah next week. So it will be good to have them around (instead of clear out in Pennsylvania). We had a baby shower for her and it was loads of fun!

We have had weddings, weddings and more weddings! Chelsi and Jake got married FINALLY, and one of my best friends Laken got married (i was a bridesmaid). They got married on the same day actually!

My teammate from Snow went on a mission! So our team got together for her farewell!

Grandma Caldwell had a birthday! Happy birthday Nanna Shanna!

Riley's Mission Call (and stuff)

My little brother Riley got his mission call recently to the CZECH REBUBLIC- speaking the Czech language! So crazy!!! For those of you that don't know where that is... don't worry. Neither did we! Ha it's by Austria, Germany, Poland, and Slovakia. That area. Central Europe.

We are so proud of him. I just can't believe how much he has grown up and matured these last couple years. We know that he is ready to go on a mission and he is going to be a great missionary! After he read his call and was talking to everyone about it, you could see the excitement on his face. He talked to a boy in their ward who just got back from the exact same mission, and of course he said it was the best mission ever!

I just don't know how we are going to lose our brother for two whole years, but know that they will be such a great experience for him and that he will learn a lot!

So what else has been going on? We have been busy the last couple weeks. We finally moved into the house in Sugarhouse! We love it! It's a blast to be out of an apartment and have our own room!!! Once things get more settled i will take some pictures of it! I'm still busy with work and Tyler is still busy with school!!! But we are doing good!

We went to the Jazz and Cavs game with Braden and Mandi Bagley (and family). It was super fun! I bought a lucky green Daron Williams Jazz shirt. Why is it lucky??? Well because that was the game that Gaines (the jazz player who signed for 10 days) hit a last second shot for the win! Best game ever!!!

My best friend Danielle came and stayed with us a few weekends ago! We were super excited because she is going to live with us this summer!!! It was so good to finally see her! We went to the Jazz game with her and my buddy from Snow Sean! We had fun!!! Here are some pictures!

Our Christmas/New Year's Break

Our Holiday break was great! We had Christmas in Springville this year. So we went down to Richfield before Christmas to spend time with Maddi and Josh (since they were in town) and Tyler's parents. We also saw Tyler's friend Callen and his wife. They just had a new baby! So cute! It was good to see them! In Springville we celebrated my little sister Abby's birthday (Christmas Eve) and did the Traditional stuff. Here are some picts!

For New Year's we had my best friends Danielle and Laken come to our place (Danielle brought and boy and Laken brought her fiance). We had good food, we played games and went downtown for the ball drop at midnight. Then they had fireworks shooting off the roof of one of the buildings. It was a really fun night!

I'll have to post more pictures later because our card reader just stopped working!!!

And believe me... we have plenty more pictures :)

Rest of Halloween/Thanksgiving

First we will finish off Halloween! We went to Mike and Bree Bory's house for a Halloween party. It was so much fun! It was fun to get to know them better, and to get all dressed up! We just kinda winged it. Tyler was obviously a vampire and i just put on everything that i could find. The end product- we decided- was RAMBO! ha ha Thanks for inviting us Mike and Bree!!!

Now Thanksgiving....

We went down to St. George to be with some of Tyler's family. We had a great Thanksgiving dinner... did some midnight shopping (pre black friday sales), and had a good time being with family and friends. They had a "thankful tree" hung up, and everybody had to write on a leaf something that they were thankful for and hang it on the tree. I wrote mine first and waited to see what Tyler would put. It was so cute! He put me and i put him! I really am thankful every day for Tyler. I'm so glad i get to be with him forever! We are also thankful for everything we have. We have been so blessed this last year and a half since we have been married. We have great families, great friends, great church callings, and great opportunities.

On Friday we went on a fun bike ride (because it was mostly down hill :)) j/k. Then we went to the movie "Old Dogs" with everyone. It was such a funny movie. Definitely a cute family film for those of you that haven't been to see it yet! We went to Iggy's Sports Grill that night for dinner and had some awesome food! Tyler ate so much! ha ha Everyone was amazed!

The next day was the BYU vs. Utah rival game. So we woke up and made breakfast for everyone. All weekend long i was teasing Tyler's hard care Utah loving uncle about how BYU was going to kill them. So we but blue coloring in the waffles. Right when we were about to do it to the eggs too, his uncle stopped me and made us to the eggs red. It was a fun breakfast! (and luckily BYU did win... which reminds me... i need to call uncle Scott to rub it in ha ha)

We have had quite a fun October so far! Busy but fun!

First off, i got called to be the 2nd councilor for the young womens! It has been such a blast. The girls are so cute and the leaders are so fun. It's been different for me though because there is only a few active girls, and i came from a ward with a crazy number of active girls. So it's been an adjustment but a good one! We had a pumpkin carving contest! This was my favorite one~!

Next my best friend Danielle Taylor (who plays volleyball for Utah State) had a game at UVU. Since we have moved up to Salt Lake, i was close enough to run down. Tyler didn't get to come because he also got a church calling... 2nd Councilor of the Elders Quorem. So while he had a meeting I ran down to her game. I picked up my brother Riley who goes to UVU and we had fun watching the game! It was a really close intense one and Utah State ended up winning!

That weekend we went down to Richfield and went to the pumpkin patch with a bunch of family. A tractor pulled you on a huge trailer into the patch and you picked your pumpkins and set them on the trailer. When everyone was done it took you back! It was my first pumpkin patch experience ever! It was fun to see everyone... even though it's a shame that they all live in Salt Lake and we have to go all the way down to Richfield to ever see them! ha ha That was the joke of the weekend. The kids had a blast and it was good to be back in Richfield for the weekend. We also saw some friends and ate good food!

Here is a story....

Once upon a time when me and Tyler were engaged, we went to Elsinore to a friend's grandpa's house. He had a thing they liked to call "the pentawhirl". Two people sat in in and your friend could spin you upside down. Me and Tyler volunteered to go first and after about 10 seconds of spinning, Tyler started telling them to stop. As soon as he could get unbuckled he ran to the bushes and started to throw up like crazy. We all though he just got sick from spinning and would be better after a min. I kept spinning with other people and about an hour later we decided to go back home. Tyler was still throwing up about every 5 mins. He asked if i could drive home. We had to go the back way home, and we drove 5 miles an hour. We stopped about 10 times so he could throw up on the side of the road. What is usually a 15-20 min drive was an hour and a half drive. Even then he was violently throwing up. So finally he asked his dad for a blessing because he couldn't do anything except puke and lay down. He slept in the bathroom that night! I was so worried about him!

So... Ta da! This is the very pentawhirl!

It turns out that the pumpkin patch we went to was our friends grandpa's house and they were letting people spin each other in the pentawhirl. Tyler's cousins wanted to do it so i did it with them, but Tyler steered clear. Ha ha funny memories!

It was also Tyler's mom's birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY DONNA! We got her a cute Miche bag (the ones that you can change the outside covers). Hope you had a great birthday and we love you!

Catch up time!

Ok so i have kinda slacked the last month in posts. This is what has happened.

Tyler's great Grandma Daisy Mackay passed away. We were one of the last people to see her alive, and we were really suprised when she passed away a few hours later. She seemed to be doing really well, and was so excited to see us. The funeral went well. I sang a song that Tyler's sister Maddi had. It was such a pretty song! Thanks Maddi for letting us use at, and we wish that you and Josh could have come. It really got me thinking about how life can take you by suprise. You can never be totally ready!

We went to Tyler's mission reunion. I heard the funniest stories about him! If you want to hear his most embarrassing one, you will have to ask him because i don't think he would want me to post it! But it involves a place called Hillbilly Hotdogs! :) It was really neat to see all his old companions and friends. Now i can put face with his stories. It was a lot of fun!

Genereal Conference was good! We went back to Richfield for the first time since we moved up to Salt Lake! It was good to be back and see our friends and family. We had a lot of good food too! If anyone wants a really good chip dip recipe let me know! I finally got the Beagley family recipe for shrimp potatoe chip dip!

Tyler has been working his rear end off with school! He has been so busy, but he is handling it well! Hopefully he gets through this semester ok! I know he will do great!

I have just been very busy with work and loving every moment of it!!!

Oh and i almost forgot!!! We got a washer and dryer! The front loading kind and i'm so excited! I love them! It's funny how you start to get excited about things like that! Here is our new washer and dryer!

The Hairport

So ever since we have been married i have heard Tyler talking about his friend that works at a place called "The Hairport". It was always really funny to think of someone saying, " Ya i'm going to the Hairport to get my hair cut!" It has been the topic of many of Tyler and his friends jokes. The other day Tyler decided that he needed a hair cut and we decided to try and go the the famous Hairport where his friend Megan Thomas works, so that we could say we have actually been to the Hairport (it really is a real life place :)) So we went! Megan did a great job on Tyler's hair especially and our Hairport experience was a great one! :)

Tylers Birthday!!!

So I need to catch up on Tyler's birthday!!! He just turned 24!

We made a cake (funfetti cake) the night before his birthday and we stayed up until midnight and ate it right as soon as it was technically his "birthday". It was fun! Then the next morning before i went to work and he went to school he opened his presents! After we got home that night we met up with our friends Riley and Jaquel and went out to dinner with them at the Porkipine Grill- we hadn't ever eaten there and it was so good! After dinner we went up to Riley's grandparents cabin and the boys made a fire. We roasted marshmellows and sat around and talked for a while. Then we went inside the cabin and watch the movie "Obsessed". If you haven't seen it.... WATCH IT! It is one of the most freaky intense movies ever! Way good!

So just when Tyler thought the birthday fun was over... he was wrong! ha ha Little did he know that me and one of his best friends Traysen planned a surprise party! Tyler just thought that Traysen was coming up that next night to take us to dinner for his birthday. We went to a new place called SMASHBURGER. Way good! While we were gone eating, some of our friends and family hid out in our apartment. When we got done eating, me and Traysen did some amazing stalling until everyone got to the apartment before we headed back! We walked in and all the lights were off, but there was a big pile of everyone's shoes by the door. Tyler immediately thought that the little boys that come over to play nintendo with him sometimes had some how managed to break into our apartment. Right when he started to get mad, everyone jumped out and yelled SURPRISE!!! It was hilarious! It was fun because some of Tyler's friends came up that we hadn't seen since we moved.

We all ate cake and icecream and went down swimming to the pool. Tyler has a little cousin Jagger who's birthday wasn't that long ago but he turned one and never got to play in his cake, so we sang to him too! When they started putting his fingers in the cake so he would play in it, he started to gag! Then started to cry really hard! It was the funniest thing! i can't wait for him to watch that video of himself when he grows up!

Love you Tyler!!! I'm sure being 24 will be just as fun as being 23! ha ha

One Year Mark!

Can you believe it! Yesterday was our one year anniversary! I can't believe it has been a whole year! It seems like just yesterday that we were anxiously awaiting to go through the temple to be sealed for time and all eternity! I can honestly say that this last year has been the best year of my life! I have been so happy being married to Tyler and don't know what i would do or who i would be without him. We have had many good times and look forward to many more! Our New Apartment in West Valley

It has been a busy last couple weeks! We got all moved, i started my new job, and we have had lots of visitors. Here are some pictures of our new apartment. These are dedicated to Maddi ha ha who has been waiting forever to see them!!!

Ode to Lotsa Motsa

Tyler officially had his last day at Lotsa Motsa after working there on and off for the last seven years. It was bitter sweet. He was ready to be done, but a lot of his friends worked with him and he will miss that. He is the best pizza maker! I could tell when he made my pizza and when someone else made it! Here are some cute pictures of him at work!

On his first day off we went up to spend the day at Seven Peaks with my family! It was fun and very hot! We got fried!!! After we went back to my parents house and had a big dinner with everyone and my grandma and grandpa. My dad made the best homemade french fries!!!

And Maci just keeps getting bigger and bigger! She talks so much now! And she showed us her HUGE teddy bear!

Walmart Cowboys

Walmart cowboys! I can't tell you how many times i have been shopping with Tyler and our friends and they haven't tried on some sort of hat! Love it!

Our 4th of July

Our fourth of July celebrating started on the 3rd. We were both in the three on three basketball tournament that Richfield City does every year. They close off a road and set up the whole street with hoops. It was SO fun! I played with my two teammates Lindsie Wilson and Shaylee Nielson from Snow. Lindsie also brought another friend April to play with us. Tyler played with his buddies Mike Costa and his brother and Braden Bagley. It started at four in the afternoon and it was soooo hot outside! You could feel the heat from the blacktop coming up through the bottom of your shoes! The boys did well and didn't lose until the third game against some giants! ha ha My team ended up winning the championship in our bracket! We all had a lot of fun playing and watching!

We had a BBQ that night at our friend Traysen Turners house! We had some good brats and hamburgers! Then we went into Traysen Mortuary and watched a movie on the wall from the projector. It was fun! We woke up the next day and Tyler had to work from 8am to 6pm. I went to the park with Brett and Donna and they showed me all the festivities of Richfield. Once Tyler got off we had a BBQ with his family, grandparents, and great grandma. Great food! Shortly after we went outside to watch fireworks. Now for those of you that haven't ever experienced a Richfield 4th of July, you're missing out! They shoot fireworks off the side of the mountain forever it seems like (ok maybe 45 mins), then you couldn't believe how many houses around were shooting off the same up in the air fireworks! Definitely Illegal! It was funny! So after the city fireworks we watched firework that were almost as good at four different areas in the sky around Tyler's parents house! Fireworks all night long! It was a blast! I loved my first Richfield fourth of July!!!

WARNING: This is a long story with a happy ending!!! Read on!!!!

We went up to Salt Lake on Tuesday morning so that i could take my RN boards. Seeing as i was messing with kidney stones at the time i went in early hoping that it wasn't too busy and i could take it before my scheduled time. They agreed to let me take it early and as i was getting checked in (those of you know that it is like your checking into prison) they asked if i realized that my drivers license had expired! We had no idea because i just got a new one in August after we got married, but it only lasted until May. So because i had no other forms of updated picture ID they said i had an hour to get to the DMV, get a new license, and get back. They said if i didn't get back before the scheduled time then i would be issued a no show and have to wait 60-90 days to have the chance to take the test again! So we hurry to the nearest DMV hoping that because it was a Tuesday and right after lunch, so it shouldn't be too busy, that we could get right in and get right out! WRONG! There were a billion people! I kept saying "why is there so many people"?!! So we took our number and waited. Time seemed like it was flying by and i wasn't being called up. I was getting really worried and started to feel helpless about the situation. Tyler was a sweetheart and was doing good of trying to keep me calm. FINALLY i got called up and was given a new license with 10-15 mins to get back to the testing center! Tyler drove like he has never driven before and i sprinted in! We made it by one min! WOW! The lord definalty helped us out there!
We stayed at a hotel that night and played in the pool and hottub. The next morning we woke up and went to look at apartments and found the cutest ones! It's starting to feel more real that we are moving up there soon because we finally know where we will be living. Then we went to Lagoon with our friends Braden Bagley and Mandi Clark! It was so much fun! We felt like a little kids again running around the park! ha ha We all have matching sunburns too because it was such a nice a hot day!
Then on our way home i was texting my friend Anna Olsen. We were talking about how the test went and she tried to look on the internet to see if my results were posted yet and nothing came up. So i started getting really nervous like maybe i didn't pass! So when we got home i got a call from Gunnison Hospital to see if i could come in extra the next day to work and then they said "Oh ya and by the way... Congratulations!" I said "For what?" and they said, "Didn't you look online? You passed your test! Your RN license is posted!" I was so excited!
NO MORE TESTS FOR ME FOR A LONG TIME!!!!
So although we had some tough things we had to go through... it was all worth it because we got to play and i passed! Thanks to all our family and friends for your love and support!

This weekend Tyler got his acceptance letter to the University of Utah! We are pretty excited! We are so proud of him! He has done great and will do great finishing out school up there! YAY!!!

Busy weekend!!!

So we have had quite the busy week/weekend. Tyler worked 12 hour shifts the last four days in a row, my best friend Danielle Taylor came up and helped Brett with a volleyball camp, and i was there helping them everyday, etc. Then last night when we think we will finally have time to relax, we went to go get a movie with our friend Braden Bagley. Then this happened...

Yup! A flat tire when all we were doing was going down the street and back! ha ha just our luck and a great addition to a busy weekend! But that didn't get the boys down and they did great!
Then we woke up early this morning and helped Tyler's aunt Pam lay sod in her backyard. This was at the house that we just moved out of! I couldn't believe the difference the sod made! The yard looks great now! I hadn't ever laid sod before and i thought it was so cool to see the before and after! But of course i forgot to take a before pict, but here are some after picts! Me and Donna were the carriers, Tyler was the "decorative slant specialist", our friend Mike Costa was our "raker" and the rest of the men just laid it all out there! We all got some pizza after that Mike and Tyler went and made from Lotsa Motsa and we ended up getting done pretty fast!

Too young to graduate???

We just went to my little brother Riley's high school graduation. It was fun and neat to see him walk! The thing is i kept looking around at all the kids graduating. They were freshmen when i graduated and i couldn't let it go that they we actually old enough to graduate because they all look like they did when they were freshmen! I blew my mind! And it got me thinking that my sister Mackenzie will be graduating in two more years and she still seems like a baby to me! ha ha Its just crazy how that works! Does anyone else ever feel that way???

We went to Tucanos for lunch before! For anyone who hasn't been there, you better go! It's amazing! We love it! Then we went shopping for a while and went to the graduation and went back to my parents and Riley opened gifts and we had icecream! It was a fun day and fun to be around everyone as usual!

A night in St. George

We went down to St. George with our friend Braden Bagley. We met up with our friends Lety Gonzalez, and Marci and Staci Waters. It was a lot of fun! We ate at the famous In and Out Burger, Cafe Rio, and Pirates Pizza. We went shopping, and played glow in the dark miniature golf. Tyler won some tickets in the arcade from a basketball shooting game and from Deal or No Deal and got a cool blow up guitar. We watched Disturbia and played Phase 10. I know... a lot to fit in to a one night trip! It was fun! The best part though, is that we bought a TV! We got money from graduation to put towards a TV and we found a good deal on one. It's a 40 inch flat screen 1080 high definition. Tyler said it's his little baby. ha ha It was a good get away and it was fun to get to spend time with friends.

Chelsey and Melissa's Weddings

Last weekend i went to two wedding receptions for two of my teammates from Snow College on the same day! Tyler had to work so i journeyed up there by myself and met up with other teammates. The first one we went to was Melissa and Everton's. Melissa played basketball with me and Everton was on the boys basketball team. He was our good friend last year, and even though he spoke little english (cuz he is from Brazil), Melissa taught him about the gospel and he was baptized. That was a neat thing for us to see. Now they got married in the Manti temple i just think it is so awesome! He is a sweetheart and Melissa is too! I just love them!

Next one that we went to was Chelsey and Jordan's. Chelsey Brown was on my basketball team and Jordan played football at Snow. Theirs was in Chelsey's massive backyard that was gorgeous. They even had a little stream running through it! They got married in the Salt Lake temple and i'm so excited for them. Especially because Chelsey always told our team that she wasn't getting married until she was 30! :)

It was so fun to meet up with our old teammates and i hope we do it again soon! I love you all!

Visiting Logan

We went up to Logan at the beginning of last week to check things out up there. We stayed at my Uncle Wayne's house. They have the three cutest little kids Dallen, Jordan, and Sophie. The boys just wanted to beat Tyler up the whole time, and it was kinda funny to watch because they are so little! There were times when they got heated though! The littlest one punch Tyler in the eye (which was kinda funny too, but we felt bad). We looked for jobs and apartments and to our dismay, there are absolutely no nursing jobs in Logan Utah right now! We spent all day searching and there wasn't anything for me but a lot of opportunities for Tyler. So this has made us start to consider going to University of Utah for Tyler because there are a lot of jobs around in Salt Lake! But we still had fun! We went to eat with one of my best friends Danielle Taylor and one of Tyler's friends from high school Afton and her husband Trevor. We also had fun playing Guitar Hero and Mario Kart at Wayne and Shelly's! Their house is amazing!

I still can't believe I'm 21! My birthday was great! I have awesome friends and family! My cousin Laken came down and stayed the weekend with me because Tyler had to work all day on my birthday. It was sad, but it worked out ok! Me and Laken went to dinner with Donna to El Mexicano! Its the best mexican place south of Springville ha ha. I love it! Then we went shopping for hours! It was awesome. After that me and Laken watched a movie and met Tyler and some friends over at Brett and Donna's for brownies and icecream! They were delicious! Thanks Donna! Then we all watched "So I Married An Axe Murder". If you haven't seen that movie, it's old and hilarious! Go see it! :) Thanks for the sweet presents everyone!

Graduation!!!

So i finally reached the day that everyone waits for. The day that frees you from school for the rest of your life! GRADUATION DAY! I couldn't believe that it was really time to graduate. I was way excited. My friend Leah came and my other friend Laken showed up and surprised me! My grandparents and family came from Springville. Tyler's parents and grandma came. At the graduation i had to introduce everyone (because our class likes to pick on the youngest person...) and the second youngest in our class, Kassie, had to give a talk so i'm not complaining too much. ha ha After the ceremony our family went to a park and had pizza (which Tyler and our friends made) and salads, deserts. We played frisbee, basketball, botchy ball and fun stuff like that. It was nice to let everyone sit around and talk and play. Thanks to everyone that came and for the presents! I love you all! Graduating is the best ha ha.

Tyler is graduating with his associates on Friday too, but he isn't going to walk. He wants to celebrate when he gets his Bachelors degree and is actually done with school too. We are getting closer!!!

My family went to Las Vegas this last weekend for Springbreak/to watch my sister Mackenzie in a basketball tournament. My grandparent from Canada went with them and on their way back up to Springville, they stopped in at our little house in Richfield. Tyler's parents came over and we all have the famous "Grandma Nielson Tacos" (if you want the recipe let me know, it's a toughy :)). It was so good to see everyone and to have everyone together! I wish that Richfield and Springville were right next to each other ha ha!

BBQ/game night

For Christmas we got a giant nice BBQ from Tyler's parents. Because it's so big it has been in their backyard since Christmas, but now that it's starting to warm up, Tyler and his friends decided to have a little BBQ/game night! It was lots of fun! The boys were great cooks, and we all played PIT. If you don't know what that game is, it's an awesome game for a big group of people. We were laughing so hard! I definitely recommend it!

HAPPY EASTER!!!

We went to an easter egg hunt that the High school volleyball team put on. It was so fun! We won movie tickets in the raffle and we ate tons of free hot dogs! There were a ton of little kids there and they were so funny! We waited until after everyone was gone to help Tyler's dad clean up and take things home, so we decided to take a picture with the Easter bunny! So the other night we were walking through walmart and Tyler decides that he wants to dye his hair this dark reddish color. We brought it back to the house and then he tells me that i need to do it to him (i have never dyed anyones hair in my whole life!) So i just dived into and pasted the dye in his hair and a little on his face (by accident), and voila! I was so nervous his hair was going to end up orange or something, but it all turned out ok! It is looking pretty good if ya ask me~!

So this week we went on a double date to watch the movie Taken. It was honestly one of the most intense movies of my entire life! We both loved it! I'm surprised i didn't hurt Tyler's arm because i was wrapped so tight around it the whole time! We definitely suggest going to see it!

State Tourney... CHAMPIONS!!!

State this year was awesome! Helping coach Richfield was such a neat experience and i'm thankful that i got the opportunity to! State was in Cedar City, and we went down knowing that it was going to be a tough week. The girls really had to show up to play. I went down Thurday

and then Tyler came down Friday.

They won their first two game, and we are 23-0 for the season. They hadn't lost a single game, and now they were going into the championship game undefeated against their big time rivals... South Severe (The 2 years in a row reigning champs). It was going to be an intense game. The feeling that day was excitement, but everyone was too nervous to even talk about it.

THEY WON!!!! In double overtime. Richfield didn't have the lead until the first overtime. There were times in the game where i just sat and stared across at the cheerleaders because i couldn't watch. I wanted these girls to win so bad! It was the neatest feeling! I have never been a part of a truly successful basketball team, and even though i was on the other end of it, it was an awesome experience. It was also cool to be able to coach with my Father In Law Brett! It is very rare to be a part of a basketball team that has a perfect season! State Champs is what these girls deserved! My eyes kept filling with tears the whole time we were celebrating because i was so excited for Richfield!

We cut down the net and took pictures! Took turns holding the trophy, went to dinner at Sizzler in Cedar then headed straight back to Richfield where the fire truck was waiting! We hopped on the fire truck and rode around down doing cheers and yelling and screaming! If you looked behind the fire truck, you couldn't see the end of the cars that were following us! I couldn't believe how many people came out in the middle of the night to celebrate the victory with the team! The community was awesome! What a night!!! :)

Vegas Baby!

So i come home from work one day and Tyler tells me about this awesome plan to go to Vegas! Traysen Turner's parents have a time share down there and said we could stay there. After much planning we finally went and it was such a blast! We got there on Sunday night and went hot tubbing, and watched a movie in the condo. We made Bratwursts that night for dinner! They are like big sausage hot dog things, ha ha. We walked down the strip. On Monday we went to the M&M factory and went to the wall that has any color of M&M you could ever want. Tyler thought it was pretty cool and decided to get a bag of cool colored peanut M&M's. So he checks out while we are all looking around the store. Then he came up to me and said, "I dont think i would have gotten these if i would have known how much they would be..." So i started guessing how much they were, 10 dollars, 20 dollars... They were 30 bucks! For a bad of M&Ms! Ha ha what a rip off! But live and learn. I guess we can say we have a bag of the coolest colored M&M's around! :) We also went on the New York New York rollercoaster which was a blast! We all would have gone again if we didn't have to pay for it! :) We went to the arcade in Excalibur and won tickets and prizes. Tyler started playing this carnival game were you had to get the softball in the milk tin (which is pretty hard to do by the way) and he wouldn't stop until he won a big giant basketball. It was so funny! And he got it! We love our big ball~! Ha ha

So the whole main reason we went to Vegas is because the boys wanted to go to Buffalo Wild Wings- a restaurant that Tyler loved on his mission! The closest one is in Vegas. So we definitely had to eat there! It was good! Best wings around! Over all our trip was awesome! We hope to do it again! Thanks to Traysen and his parents for letting us use their condo!

Our last basketball game!

Our last basketball game for the team i coach (C-team) was last night against South Seviere! Our girls played awesome! We couldn't have been any more proud. They beat them by almost 20. That made them #1 of the c-teams in our region. Region Champs! So we were excited to have a successful year with them and watch them grow as basketball players and people! I'll miss it! Thanks girls!

Tyler's Grandma (Grandma Dee) had a crazy little chawawa dog named buddy. Buddy got really old and started biting her to the point where she got cellulitis in her finger!!! So they put him to sleep a couple weeks ago. While i was on the basketball trip Tyler's mom Donna got her a new puppy named Molly! She is a Morkie (Maltese/Yorkie), and i'm so in love! I want a dog just like her now! Tyler is probably sick of hearing about me talk about her so much! ha ha But i know secretly he wants her too! ha ha Love you Ty! Me and Chelsey are fighting over who gets her if Grandma Dee needs to give her away! Chelsey thinks she will get Molly- but Grandma Dee told me that because i'm in the family i have an advantage! ha ha The only problem is... i have always wanted to name one of my girls Molli (with an I) and she totally sniped that name! So i went on a basketball trip to Moab and while we were there we took a field trip to Arches. I hadn't ever been there before (just seen pictures), and it was a lot of fun! A couple weeks ago, our good friend Chelsey Poulsen was abandoned by her family... j/k not really. But her family left town and she was all alone, so she came and stayed with us! It was such a blast! New Years 2008

I was supposed to work on New Years Eve and New Years Day both the night shifts. So we didn't have much planned, but the day before new years eve i started getting really bad pains in my stomach to the point where i couldn't walk anymore. We made sure our insurance had begun to cover us, Tyler and his dad gave me a blessing, and Tyler's family talked me into going into the hospital. So in we went to the Richfield hospital. They told me i had appendicitis and it needed to come out A.S.A.P. but they didn't have a surgeon available at the time, and for insurance purposes we had to go all the way up to Provo to Utah Vally Regional Medical Center and at 2am on January 29, i had surgery to remove my appendix. Not the funnest thing ever. After that we just stayed up at my parents house in Springville for the next couple of days where we did nothing but lay around. It was great! :) I needed it. We had new years with my family and all though we didn't get to party too much it still was a good one!

Christmas 2008

This was our first Christmas together. It was a good one! First we went up and visited my family as soon as the weather would permit. It was my little sister Abby's birthday on Christmas Eve so we went up to give her birthday present and the rest of my family their christmas presents. We also went to Lunch with my family. It had to be a quick visit so we didn't get caught in a storm but it was still good to be able to see them. We then headed back to Richfield where Tylers sister and brother in law Maddi and Josh Anderson had made it from Pennsylvania. It was good to see them after so long. We had fun hanging out and goofing off. We made some awesome gingerbread houses.

Our was the best (no offense Maddi :)) because we made a gingerbread basketball court and park. Maddi and Josh did Fish Lake and Brett and Donna did the same old house. But it was a cute one! :) Tyler's parents got a wii for the family with Guitar Hero World tour (the band version). The entire christmas day we played that game. It was a blast.

Moving to Richfield

We moved to Richfield on the 13th of December. Tylers Aunt Pam got married to a guy from Panguitch and they have to live there until he can retire. So since we were going to be in Richfield she asked if we wanted to take care of her house and grow her some grass and things like that until they can move back here for good. Major hook up huh?

Remember that first big huge snow storm that we had? Cars sliding off the road everywhere and too much snow for the plows?

Well it was that day/night that we moved! It was so cold that taking things out to Bretts trailer took twice as long ha ha.

Me and Donna were a lot better off than the boys though because most of the time we stayed inside and packed boxes. :) The trailer we packed was huge! It was either pile it high or have to go back for another load later. We just wanted to get it all done! Finally at like 10pm we head to our new home in Richfield Utah. We both agree that it's nice to have a whole house to ourselve that we don't have to pay for! It's been so nice so far! We have had a lot of fun!

Tyler got to stand in on his first baby blessing. It was so exciting and neat to see him be able to go help (and he looked so good in his suit) :). There was a ton of Donnas family at their house when we got there. It was really fun to get to know them. Thanks for making me feel at home! :) So i got to babysit Jagger for like fifteen minutes while Angie ran to the grocery store, and he totally likes me the best out of anyone i think.... just don't tell any of them!

We also caught Brett showing his softy side! They were so cute sleeping together on the couch. A funny thing that one of the little cousins said to Tyler was, "Hey what's that guys name that sits on the couch all day?" I said, "Uncle Brett?" He's all, ya that guy!! ha ha its ok. You do a good job of it Brett!

Our Thanksgiving Break

We got to my house in Springville on Wednesday night (because i had to work), and when we got home, my parents were gone to some midnight sale. So we were just home with Trevor and Abby, and then Maci woke up. I went in and got her out of her crib and she just bawled and bawled. She's at that age that she doesn't like strangers and because she doesn't see me and Tyler that much, she did not like us!

The next morining on Thanksgiving, we woke up and headed right over the the church with my dad, Mackenzie, and Riley, and we played some major basketball with our neighbors and some of their family. It was fun, but we kinda played too long, because when we realized what time it was, we had to go straight over to my grandma's house (all sweaty and in

our basketball stuff). But the more

i think about it, it was a unique Thanksgiving because we have never done that before, so i think it made it more memorable. The food was great! Thanks mom and grandma! And then we took naps and just relaxed the rest of the day. We got a redbox movie- Fred Clause and my dad popped his amazing popcorn. It was a really cute movie!

Church Talkers

Me and Tyler got asked to speak in church when we went to tithing settlement. He asked us for the next sunday (which was this last sunday). So this is our warning to all who are just trying to do the right thing and be one of the first ones to sign up for tithing settlement early.... DON"T DO IT! Ha ha No just kidding. It was a really good experience for both of us. Tyler did an awesome job. He always amazes me at how he can relate anything to the scriptures and doctrines of the church. I have always envied his ability to think things through. Add that to his skills list! :) Anyways, after we spoke, Tylers parents Brett and Donna came over and at dinner. Tyler cooked Shrimp alfredo! It was tasty, and we played Mario Kart.
Donna... don't worry! Maybe once you get your own wii and practice a bit, then you will start driving the right way and you won't take last anymore! ha ha It was fun to hear Donna say, hey am i supposed to go down that hole, and to hear Brett say, i'm falling on the earth! Ha ha they got some good laughs out of me! All in all it was a good weekend! Now we have to start thinking about finals, and packing...

Since Tyler's dad is the head coach we have kept close tabs on this team and had a fun time watching them! Tyler went to UVU to watch the championship game and had a blast! Halloween

So Halloween this year wasn't exactly what either of us would have thought it would be. Cori had to work at the hospital all night long, and Tyler had to work from 3-9pm. Although we couldn't really make festive plans together we still got to have some fun. We towed our broken down car over to the car place to figure out if we could save it or needed to trash it. The towing part was the best! Cori rode in the broken car and was the breaks and Tyler was up front for the gas. It was quite an adventure. We actually did pretty well! Later on before Cori left to work, we both spray painted our hair and Cori dressed up as a basketball player for work (real original, i know :)). Cori hair was bright pink and Tylers was red! It was fun! Then off Cori went to work, and Tyler hung out with Kennon Anderson that night. They played some basketball and of course ate food (maybe a little candy here and there). So even though it wasn't the ideal conditions, our Halloween still turned out ok!

Well our wedding pictures finally made it in from Canada! It's so fun to go back and look at them, and remember our special day! They are priceless! That day was perfect and i wouldn't have changed anything about it! We want to give a special thanks to my uncle Tylor Wood for doing such an awesome job on the pictures. He was great to work with and be around, and his pictures turned out great. While we are at it we might as well thank all of our friends and family members that came out to our wedding and reception/s to support us. one amazing thing that happens to us in life are friends. last night i had the amazing opportunity to experience the visit from a good friend, thomas. we started the night with some light conversation and then made our way to the library where we thought the internet would be faster... it was not. nevertheless we made tony his own wonderful blog. then we met up with our good friend leah and decided to take my lovely wife cori her books as she was working in gunnison at the hospital and wanted the opportunity to do some homework while it was slower through the night. so we embarked on an exquisite journey to find ourselves lost in incredible conversation on the way there, while we were there, and on the way back. upon our arival to the apartment we proceeded to watch OUT OF TIME, a movie with denzel washington. although it was a slow, but necessary, starter it turned out to be a barn burner as all denzel movies are. overall tony rocks and i missed my wife all night long but hopefully we helped spark a new friendship in tony and leah.

The only thing we can constantly know will happen is change. Its crazy how much life can change in a year, or two, or even four. Of course the longer time goes the more you expect the change to take its place. When i think about last year and how much has changed, then think about the year before, its crazy the friendships that i have made and eradicated in that time. Two years ago i was in kentucky preaching the gospel full time, getting up at six thirty and going to bed at ten thirty every day while keeping a tight schedule that helped me get a ton of stuff done every day. A year fast foreword from that i was hanging out with a lot of different people that i only talk to once a month or so now, or not at all, moving into a new college experience at the same place i had been before but with new people that have proved to be some of my best friends of all time, all of this while shedding the people that i used to think would always be there for me learning that they would not live up to those expectations i had in the past. From then to the present has been one extremely positive experience right after another. I feel so blessed to be at the point that i am in my life today, with the people i now surround myself with there is no way that i can see me failing in life. I can also say that the experiences, friendships, and personal choices that i have made, and negative things that i have overcome, have all been for my own good. I fully believe that the lord has had his hand in my life in a very intimate manner, and has blessed me in so many different ways because of the way that i have reacted to the situations that have came my way. I hope that i continue to have these trials in my life, that i may learn more fully the true recipe of happiness according to god, and also because i know i have such a long way to go in becoming the person that i want to be. I love my life, i love my wife, and im so excited to build a family, upon that family which i already have, and experience the joys within.

I agree with Tyler. Change is the only thing that we can really count on to be the same. Although sometimes it can be a difficult thing, change can be good! Without change our lives wouldn't have the chance to progress to new things.

Change has brought on the fact that my friends are all in different places and we don't get to see each other very much. I still love them to death, but it is hard to hang out with them, and we will all admit that it's really different. That's a hard thing, but we are all starting out on our own adventures and life is going to bring us all different but good things!

One change that was somewhat hard for me to deal with recently was when my parents told me and my brothers and sisters that they were going to have a baby. That was something that i never imagined would ever happen, and the shock of it made the situation seem worse to me. Of course there was that excitement in me. I mean, who doesn't like new babies to play with and love! But I had a hard time knowing that a lot of changes would be happening in my life, changes that would keep me from being home and sharing the experience of a new baby with my whole family. Being the oldest of (now 6) i had been there to help raise and watch my other brothers and sisters grow up, and i have always felt that i had a big part in their lives. This little baby wouldn't even know me. I wouldn't ever live at home that she can remember. I wouldn't be there to play with her all the time and watch her grow up. I will be 40 when she graduates from high school, so she might even think she has 3 grandmas by then :)! Maci May was born on January 12th, 2008. She is a happy, healthy and very spoiled baby. I wouldn't send her back for anything! She has been such a joy in our lives. I lived at home this last summer and got to see her quite a bit before Tyler and I got married and I realized that even though this sister and I will have somewhat of a different relationship, it's ok! We are sisters and that's a bond that doesn't ever change. I'm so thankful for Maci and how happy she has made my parents and the rest of my family! She is such a blast!

I am also so thankful for change because without it i would have never met the love of my life, and we wouldn't be together for eternity! He is the best thing that has happened to me and I love him so much! He is my best friend! I'm excited to be with him through all the rest of the changes that may come our way in life!

This last sunday we had the amazing experience of going to "The Clark", or Carson's opportunity to speak, in church of course, where he spoke like a true Gentry. It was a great time for all who attended. The wise cracking was at an all time mediocre level. The most amazing part of it all was that i decided to stay up and watch the gold metal basketball game which was over close to three AM sunday morning. We then got up and got ready and went to the magical event which started at nine, so we left E town at eight and got up at seven. So i got my usual four hours of sleep i guess. Cori and I got to see some of our Richfield friends and my parents so it was all good. Carson is loved by all and will be missed by many but he is off to a better place. Who doesn't want to go to England anyway right?

My name is Tyler. I rock hard every day. See i dont care much for english much so keep that in mind as you read... Im twenty three as of like three days ago. Twenty three is so much better than twenty two! Like serious, see when I turned twenty two it sucked cause i just started college and Calc 2 and life was sucky, but now at twenty three Im married and life is amazing! For those who may not know, im married to Cori Nichole Nielson Beagley, the most amazing thing ever created by the hand of God. We live ever so happily here in e town, just behind the best place to satisfy your hunger, you must get through the field of grasshoppers though, before you find our residence. If you listen close you will probably find some frickin cool music playing and some really funny jokes being told. One of my favorite things about being married is that you always have someone to play with! We love to play basketball and watch it too. See, we are ever so addicted to one tree hill... when i say we i mean her. Good times. I want her to love games like racquetball and ping pong as much as me so that one day we could play competitively. But see i dont dare play her one on one in basketball yet for fear of getting slaughtered. She was a college athlete and still could be and i am, ha ha, way far from that. There are a few things that every one that knows me will say that i am and first is that i am really funny... ha ha im not, that was a joke, but serious i am really good at being random and im really good at not shutting up, if you cant tell. If I can figure these things out, ill try and put some pictures and some songs and crap on here, but dont expect anything soon. Loves
